International Engineer and Scientist Exchange Program

The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology administers a program to send US Army engineers and scientists to work in foreign labs on projects of interest to the Army and the host countries. The exchange program is now soliciting applications. The program pays for travel, lodging, salaries, and (if needed) language training for the selected participants.
